Q.  How do I get a full quote for the tours I want to go on?

A.  You can receive a quote for any of our tours via email at any time. Simply send us an email with your request         and you will receive an answer within 24 hours. Please enter the relevant information such as dates, number

     of people, and you will receive a quote. If the quote is acceptable, you can then proceed to book online.

 

 

Q.  Someone in my travel party has special needs can you accommodate?

A.  If you or anyone you are travelling with has special needs, please let us know so that we can cater to his/her          needs.

 

 

Q.  How can I make my payments?

A.  We accept cash, visa, master cards, and American express. You may reserve and pay online with confidence

     as we use secure servers.

 

 

Q.  I don’t have a credit card how do I make my payment?

A.  Once you plan far enough in advance, we can accept payments by money gram you can call us toll-free to              make a reservation. You can also pay upon arrival toin Barbados however please note that your booking

     would not be as secure as if a deposit was made.

 

 

Q.  What currency can I pay in once using cash?

A.  We accept USD and local currency (BDS).

 

 

Q.  Can I reserve or book tours before I arrival in Barbados?

A.  Yes you can, once you contact us and book your tour from our site you can then make a 25% nonrefundable           deposit on the full total communicated to you.

 

 

Q. Can I cancel my booking after it has been made?

A. Yes you can however your deposit would not be refunded.

 

 

Q.  Can I change my mind about what tour I want to go on?

A.  Of course you can just communicate with us via email or telephone.

 

 

Q.  Would I have to pay the same amount for my child to go on your tours?

A.  No, children under the age of 3 are free and from 3-12 years tour at a discounted price.
